Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships between IciOnDeal ("the Seller"), and any person placing an order on iciondeal.com or through our sales channels (social media).

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms. We invite you to read them carefully before purchasing.

We offer two categories of products:

• Physical products – night lights, decorative paintings, plants, mirrors, home décor items shipped to your address.
• Digital products – e-books, online courses, templates, software and downloadable files.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or dimensions may exist.

All prices are displayed in CFA Francs (FCFA), our reference currency. Indicative conversions to USD and EUR are shown for reference based on approximate exchange rates.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and do not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

IciOnDeal reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout.

An order is completed in three steps:

• Select product and options (quantity, color, etc.)
• Enter your contact and delivery information
• Choose payment method and confirm

An order confirmation is sent via email once payment is verified. For digital products, the download link is delivered immediately after confirmation.

Any confirmed order is binding. In case of error, contact us within 2 hours of confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be made before any shipment or digital product delivery. No order is processed without payment confirmation.

Indicative delivery times:

• Abidjan – 24 to 48 business hours
• Rest of Côte d'Ivoire – 48 to 72 business hours
• West Africa (outside CI) – 5 to 10 business days
• Digital products – instant delivery by email

Delays may occur due to carrier availability, weather conditions or exceptional circumstances. We will contact you directly in case of significant delay.

You have 48 hours from delivery to report any issue (damaged, non-conforming, or missing product). No claims accepted after this period.

• Item must be returned in its original packaging, unused.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of our error.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Exception: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except for proven technical defects.

IciOnDeal's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or intangible damages
• Delays caused by third parties (carriers, telecom operators)
• Improper use of a product by the customer

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.

Failing agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
