Returns Policy

1. Physical Products – Return Conditions

You have 7 calendar days from receipt of your order to report any issue (defective, damaged or non-conforming product).

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging.
• Contact us first by email at hello@iciondeal.com.
• Attach photos of the defective or damaged product to your message.
• We will guide you through the appropriate return process.

2. Digital Products – Refund Policy

Digital products (ebooks, courses, templates, software) are non-refundable once the download has been made, in accordance with digital goods regulations.

However, if the file is corrupted, inaccessible or does not match the description, we will issue a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

3. Refunds

For accepted returns, the refund is processed within 5 business days via the same payment method used at checkout (Mobile Money, Wave, etc.).

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products returned after the 7-day period
• Digital products already downloaded (except for technical defects)
• Sale or discounted items (except for defects)
